Choose a government that does not support capitalism / privatisation. The difference between the private and the public sector is usually the working conditions. Private sector will give worse working conditions and respect to the employees, and the public sector people in developing countries misuse their position. The public sector jobs should also have yearly performance evaluation and the low performing should be removed, just like private sector but with better working conditions.
Government should provide good basic facilities to all. The government should provide good and free education to all. The government should provide good health facilities to all. These are the 2 major reasons why people save a lot of money and that leads to financial inequality. If people spend more the tax collection will be higher, as more people will learn better and sales tax and income tax will give more money to government to provide those facilities. It is a cycle, but the government has to have the intentions.
When point 4 is being implemented / in place, spend more, to keep the money in circulation and in reach of the people who are trying to increase financial status. Go on vacations / eat out more / pay taxes / use good quality stuff and lifestyle. Enjoy life and not just live it.
