Concave mirror is right because it will converge the light Ray coming from sun at a point and we will able to store the energy which can be use further for cooking purpose... And I don't think so plane mirror is right because it neither converge or diverge the ray....

Actually solar cooker make use of concave mirror because concave mirror converges sunrays at a point and increases the heat energy at a point which would increase the process of cooking.
