Answer:

_INFINITIVE_

An infinitive is formed from a verb but doesn't act as a verb. It acts as a noun, adjective, or adverb, and it is actually made up of two words: to + verb.

Ex. - 1. We decided to go out. (In thi sentence *to go* is the infinitive)

2. I want to swim in the pool. (In this sentence *to swim* is the infinitive)

3. Mom loves to give gifts. (Here, *to give* is the infinitive)

Hint: to find the infinitive you have to just find "to" in the sentence and while writing answer write to and the verb with it like in example (1) to go is the infinitive.
