I also donated blood and felt so good. The doctors told us many benefits of donating blood. Donating blood is not only beneficial for people in need of blood, but also the donor in many way. Donating blood is very good for people suffering from heart diseases. It lowers the risk of heart diseases. It reduces blood’s thickness; it also lowers bad cholesterol.
