Subject: application for permission to go on a picnic.
Sir,
We, the students of your school, want to have a picnic Maynamati It is really a nice picnic spot. We think that this picnic will widen our knowledge and fill our hearts with joy. It will also relieve us of the monotony of our routine life. Coming in close touch with nature, we shall be able to forget the din and bustle of our life for the time being. Two of our teachers have agreed to guide us during to picnic. The picnic will cost us about taka. 40, 000, 00. We are ready to contribute a portion of the total amount.
We, therefore, would request you to kindly permit us to go on the picnic and sanction us a handsome amount and oblige thereby.
