Dear Sister

How are you ? I am fine. Hope this letter reaches you in good health.

Our Mother told me that you rarely eat at home nowadays because you go out to fast food places and eat with your friends. We are very concerned about your health. Fast food has a lot of bad affects. It can make you sick ,Cause Excess Energy And Weight and it also leads to addiction. Eating fast food one or twice a month would be considered  ideal according to us.

I hope you understand our concern and stop eating fast food everyday. I hope we get to see each other soon. Till then , stay healthy and give my regards to our parents.
