The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown is an amazing book. Apart from its gripping story line, Brown's writing style is persuasive and makes one delve into the dark world of mystery.
Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is the prime suspect in murder of art curator Jacob Saunière; a crime he never committed. It is him and his comrade, French cryptologist Sophie Neveu, against Bezu Fache and his police team. On the run to prove Langdon innocent, many secrets are uncovered, some of which have their roots in time of Da Vinci and long before.
Full of twists and turns, with secrets which are better left undiscovered, the book pumps your veins with adrenaline. Imminent French personalities murdered, a religion-driven monk on a killing spree, a treasure long thought lost and a race against time; the book has every single aspect of a mind blowing thriller. It is like a roller coaster ride; full of ups and downs, a journey you wish never ended.
