Dear sister

How are you doing? I am good here and pray for you to be safe

Anu, I wrote this letter to tell you about including yoga and meditation in daily routline. Yoga and meditation when practiced together reinforce the connection between mind and body, improving mainly health and well-being. There are several styles of yoga that merge meditation with the physical routines, which use controlled breathing throughout the poses of yoga. By simply unwinding, clearing the mind and concentrating on controlled breathing, one can meditate without practicing yoga as well. Both yoga and meditation have proven health benefits when practiced it. It manages stress, removes anxiety and depression, helps to have a healthy body. I have also added it to my routine and advice you to do the same.

We all are waiting for your exams to get over so that you can return back to Mathura. I am eagerly waiting for your arrival. All the best didi!

Yours loving

Zera
