Answer:
dear friend,
Explanation:
Iam fine how are you.you know about bad condition of your locality.
he streets are not swept regularly. The municipal cleaning staff has been disappeared since last two months. The piles of garbage can be seen everywhere in our society. Bad smell is arising from these refuses which cannot be bored by residents.
These refuses have blocked the drain system very badly. The drain water is over flowing from gutters. This water has turned into big pounds .This is not only affecting badly the condition of roads but also creating problems for users. Specially the pedestrians cannot cross the road and face a lot troubles while crossing the roads.
This bad system is generating many fatal diseases. Flies are found immensely and it is helping to the growth of mosquitoes. Malaria has just broken out and many persons have become victims of malaria fever. This worse atmosphere may give birth to many dangerous diseases like dengue and cholera. If this condition will remain continue for few weeks, we can lose many precious bodies due to careless behavior of relevant authorities

Dear Gautam/Geeta,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to you to discuss a problem that we all have often worried about. Do you recall our bumpy bus journeys to school on the school bus? Well, travelers still have a nightmare between HT Road at Jivan Junction and the Link Road, traveling through Daulat and Shiv Nagar. I have recently read in the papers that this infamous area has 159 potholes. Also, a lot of them have become little pools of unclean water due to rain.
Normally, the people who travel by motorbike, struggle every day to commute on this road. It might take years for the authorities to address this issue. Thus, it is up to us to take the necessary precautions and steps to avoid any disaster. Our bus driver needs to be told to drive carefully and avoid large potholes. Driving slowly will reduce the discomfort caused to the passengers. It is also necessary to avoid the water-filled potholes because it is impossible to determine their depth and we can opt for a different route even though it takes a longer time.
I truly believe that if everyone follows these guidelines, the number of accidents can be significantly reduced. Write me back with your views and suggestions on this subject.
Your sincerely,
Anup/Apurva Petkar
