India had achieved a huge amount of success in the astronomical field due to the hardwork of ISRO scientists in our country.

In past few years,our country had already launched various satellites in the orbit of our planet for networking establishment and for weather forecasting.

India had launched a total of 106 different satellites since 1975.

India has launched many artificial satellites which helps in communication and predicting weather.  

EXPLANATION:

     India has launched nearly 250 artificial satellites till date. Aryabhatta was the first Indian satellite launched in 1975 from a Russian launch pad. Other satellites launched by India includes INSAT, Bhaskara -II, Kalpana – I, Anuusat and so on.

    These satellites were used for communication system and to forecast weather. India’s INSAT – 3B, launched in 2000 was designed for multipurpose communication including business communication, developmental communication, and mobile communication and forecast meteorological services.

RISAT -1 was used for agriculture and disaster management.
