oil for sustenances and nourishments are gotten from oil seeds like canola,soybean,sunflower seed,corn,cotton and so forth. 
canola seed which contains up to 45% of the weight is oil which is been extricated. 
these oil has been extricated at 105°C at three 10 minutes cycles 
cottonseed has around 30% percent of oil in it
