Sudha Chandran ( born 27 September 1965 ) is an Indian film and television actress and an accomplished bharatnatyam dancer. In 1981, she hurt her leg in an road accident near Tiruchirapalli , Tamil Nadu while coming back from Madras with her parents. Her leg become gangrenous and her parents opted to have it amputated. However she subsequently became an established bharatnatyam dancer. Chandran us know for her roles of ramola sikand in Kahi Kisi roz, Yamini in naagin 1,2,3, , chitra Devi in deivam thandha vedu, the Tamil remake of Saath nibhana sathiya . She was awarded national film award special jurry award for Mayuri 33rd national film award in 1985.
