There are two types of Vitamins:--
1.) Water soluble vitamin
2.) Fat soluble vitamin
☆☆☆ Water soluble vitamins are those vitamins which are soluble in water and can't be stored in body, so we should eat those fruits and vegetables from which we get water soluble vitamins.
Example of water soluble vitamins are :--
Vitamin-B
Vitamin-C
These vitamins are very helpful in proper body growth and development. If we will not eat fruits and vegetables regularly then we will suffer from a lots of diseases.
For example:--
In the deficiency of V-B :---Beri-Beri disease may be cause...In human beings
and so on......
