The information about parental gender detection and gender biasedness is based on a factor which is called medical termination of pregnancy (MTP). This process can detect the gender of the person and also detect any abnormalities which can occur in the baby. So generally by this process the individual will try to terminate the pregnancy so this test is banned in India.
