A rose is a woody perenial flowering plant of the Rosa .They form flowering plant that can be erect shrubs ,they are often armed with sharp prickles.Flowering different in size shape and colours.

The rose saprophyte generation begins as a diploid zygote the result of fertilization or the fusion of eggs and sperm.Once a pollen grain reaches the sticky stigma or carpal the process of fertilization begin.If fertilization of the rose grmeotophytes is successful,it results will be a diploid zygote an Endosperm food reserve and seed coat.
