Career guidance is a comprehensive, developmental program that is designed to assist people in making educational and occupational choices and help them implement it.

There are many centers and institutes that provide career guidance and counseling.

Mindler is one organization which helps students in evaluating the critical elements before taking career decisions. The organization was started by alumni from Harvard University and ISB Hyderabad and is recognized by Career Development Association, USA, Asia Pacific Career Association, Taiwan, Dept. of Science & Technology (Govt. Of India), IIM-A, IIT-D and numerous others.
