Silk route is related to history of silk trade.The silk traders from China went to other countries for silk trade.The route which they took was came to be known as silk route.
Satelite communications through that of man made satelites like SATCOM are the improving communication routes.Broad band connection is not possible in high altitudes and GPS use has reduced.
