Evolution is the process of change in all forms of life over generations, and evolutionary biology is the study of how evolution occurs. Biological populations evolve through genetic changes that correspond to changes in the organisms' observable traits.

\underline{\underline{\Huge\mathfrak{Theory\:of\: Evolution:-}}}

\bulletThis theory explains the origin of life and the different species existing on Earth.

\bullet According to this theory, Millions of years ago a group of chemicals organized themselves in such a way that they gave rise to a tiny self replicating molecule and after that , this tiny molecule gave rise to every single thing which is now existing on the Earth.

\bullet Charles Darwin's evolutionary theory states that the life on Earth is related to a common ancestor.

\bullet It explains that complex creatures arise from simpler ones. This may occur due to change in the genes (genetic drift), mutation , natural selection .

\bullet Over time, these variations accumulate and give rise to a different organism which can be termed as "evolved from it's ancestor".
