the system of writing for the people without eyesight is called BRAILLE.,it was developed by LOUIS BRAILLE, a french student, in 1829.Louis braille himself couldn't see.
letters of braille script consist of small raised dots on the paper. they are read by touching and feeling with finger.there are many books written in braille script for those who cannot see.
