Plastids are membrane bounded ,pigment containing bodies found in plant cell only.

there are three main types of plastids

CHLOROPLAST it is a green coloured pigment found in green parts of the plant.they contain green pigment called chlorophyll which help the cell to absorb light and utilize it to manufacture good by the process called photosynthesis.

CHROMOPLAST it is the coloured plastids which are mostly present in the petals of flowers and fruits. these plastids may be yellow, orange or red because of the presence of pigment xanthophylls and carotene.

LEUCOPLAST it is the cloudless plastids and they are found in underground parts of the plants such as roots and store good.

MITOCHONDRIA

shape : they are spherical, rod shape like bodies found in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells only .

structure: it consist of outer membrane which is smooth and inner membrane which is folded and forms projections called cristae.in this cristae many enzymes and co enzymes are present which help in cellular respiration.

function :

mitochondria are commonly called as power house of cell.they are involved in cellular respiration and produce energy from different food components in the from of ATP

hope it will help you ☺
