My dear uncle,
Last week your son fell ill all of a sudden. He felt some pain in the stomach. He took some medicine, but it gave him no relief. The pain went on increasing. He also felt a severe headache. So, We both hurriedly went out and fetched a doctor, Dr. Ram. The doctor gave him an injection and some tablets for oral consumption. This treatment gave him immediate relief. This made me happy.
But still uncle, he laid in bed for seven days. Day and night he had take rice and potato and nothing else. I was with him until he got recovered and helped with his studies too .On the tenth day, his stomach pain became normal.
He told me to write you that he's quite fit and healthy now. He attends college regularly. Everything is alright now.
