Hey there!

In attached fig. CD is arc , means distance AC and AD are equal.

BD = AD - AB

BD = [ 80-60] = 20 cm


Now by Pythagoras theorem find distance CB

CB^2 = AC^2 + AB^2

CB = 100


Now as we know that work done = change in potential energy

Ui = 1/4 pi € [ q1q2/(0.6) + q1q3/(0.8) +q2q3/(0.10)]

Uf = 1/4 pi €. [ q1q2/(0.6) + q1q3/(0.8) + q2q3/(0.2)]

now find change in U , you'll get your answer.

Note:- final position if q3 is at D so at Uf take distance between q2 and q3 = 20cm I.e 0.2m.
