conditions power is voltage times current. So I = P / V = 1000/250 = 4 amps.
Now R = E / I = 250/4 = 62.5
P = (I*2) x R = 16 x 62.5 = 1000 or
P = (V*2)/R = 62,500 / 62.5 = 1000
If the resistance of the load stays the same, then Power
P = (V*2)/R = 200*2 / 62.5 = 40,000 / 62.5 = 640W
If the resistance changes with temperature, then this would not be correct.
