1. पर्यों के आयोजन का प्रारम्भिक विवरण
(Description of the Preparatory Activities for Conducting the Festivals)
प्रत्येक विद्यालय में प्राय: राष्ट्रीय एवं सामाजिक पर्वो का आयोजन होता रहता है, जिसमें पर्व आने से पहले ही उसकी तैयारियाँ प्रारम्भ
हो जाती हैं, जिससे कि पर्व के दिन सभी गतिविधियाँ सुचारु रूप से सम्बन्धित की जा सके। जैसे कि छात्रों से नाट्य-रूपातरंण, डांस,
वाद-विवाद, कविता-पाठ, सरस्वती वंदना तथा मार्चपास्ट इत्यादि करवाये जाते है। सबसे पहले छात्रों को नाटक करना है, नृत्य करना है
अथवा कविता-पाठ करना है या वाद-विवाद करना है, उनके समूह तैयार किये जाते हैं। इन छात्रों के नेतृत्व हेतु एवं पूर्ण प्रशिक्षण देने
के लिये अध्यापक नियुक्त किये जाते हैं। पर्व के दिन मिष्ठान-वितरण मिष्ठानों, फलों आदि की मात्रा व प्रकृति आदि पर विचार कर
लिया जाता है। स्कूल प्रबंधन छात्रों के अभिभावकों तथा जो भी दर्शक आयेंगे, उनके लिये कुर्सी, टेंट, खाद्य-सामग्री इत्यादि की व्यवस्था
की जाती है । पर्व के कार्यक्रम में छात्रों को क्या पहनना है या मंचन हेतु सम्बन्धित वस्त्रों की व्यवस्था की जाती है। कार्यक्रम की तैयारी
के लिये आवश्यक सामग्री की सूची तैयार की जाती है
।
