Insectivorous plants grow in regions where soil is poor in nutrients. Is that mean that any plant will become a insectivorous plant if it lacks nutrients ?

No,it is not meant that any plant can become as insectivorous if it lacks the nutrients.
The insectivorous plants have modified in such a way to grow in less nutrients soil.even the structure of insectivorous plant is also different from other plants.It has even less amount of chlorophyll so it can't prepare it's own food.
Moreover any plant can't be modified as insectivorous if it lacks the nutrients.
