insectivoros plants cannot take nitrogen from the atmosphere required for their growth. therefore they depend on insects for the nitrogeneos nutrients

Energy is gifted to insectivorous plants by nature by process of photosynthesis. Nitrogen is given to them from the insect bodies. They take nitrogen from the body of insect.
