By using the LCM and (n+1) method

LCM of 7 and 5 = 35

 \frac{ - 2 \times 5}{35} and \:  \frac{ - 3 \times 7}{35}  \\  =  \frac{ - 10}{35}  and \:   \frac{ - 21}{35}

so you can use (n+1) method for this

 \frac{10}{35} (10 + 1) \: and \:   \frac{ - 21}{35} (10 + 1)

Multiply both the numerator and the denominator

N refers to the number of rational numbers you want
