Answer:

 \frac{ - 3}{11}  \times  \frac{11}{11}  =  \frac{ - 33}{121}

 \frac{ - 2}{11}   \times   \frac{11}{11}  =  \frac{ - 22}{121}

So, ten rational numbers between -22/121 and -33/121 are -23/121, -24/121, -25/121, -26/121, -27/121, -28/121, -29/121, -30/121, -31/121 and -32/121, etc.

 \frac{10}{13}   \times \frac{11}{11}  =  \frac{110}{143}

 \frac{12}{13}  \times  \frac{11}{11}  =  \frac{132}{143}

So, ten rational numbers between 110/143 and 132/143 are 111/143, 112/143, 114/143, 113/143, 115/143, 116/143, 117/143, 118/143, 119/143 and 120/143, etc.
