u can write them as 21/10 and 22/10 then multiply denominator and numerator with 16 or more than 16 let divide it with 18 in both the no. they will become

(378/180) and (396/180)

now the denominatrs is same so u can write the numbers that lies in between numerators i.e b/w 378 and 396

for eg 379/180, 380/180 there will be 16+ such numbers
