Hey

Its me Sheena here...

So rational numbers are the numbers which is written in fractional form and both the numerator and denominator are integers but in one condition that denominator should not be equal to 0.

So Rational numbers between 7/13 and -4/13 are

=> -3/13  -2/13  -1/13  0/13  1/13  2/13  3/13  4/13  5/13  6/13

In this case we easily got the rational numbers but in some cases we don't find, at that time we multiply the numerator and denominator of both rational numbers with 10/10,100/100,1000/1000.

But I prefer you to multiply it with 10/10 it will be easy, If after multiplying by 10/10 you don't find the quantity of numbers you can multiply it again with 10/10 and you can go so on till you get the quantity of numbers you required.

Hope this helps :-)
