-5 + 1 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = - 3
-5 + 2 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = - 1
-5 + 3 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 1
-5 + 4 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 3
-5 + 5 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 5
-5 + 6 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 7
-5 + 7 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 9
-5 + 8 * (13 - (-5))/(8 + 1) = 11

Let sat 8 AM inserted between - 5 and 13
then this will be an AP of 8 + 2 = 10 terms
where -5 is first term a, 13 is last term
Hence using aₙ = a + ( n - 1) d
=> 13 = -5 + (10 - 1) d => d = 2
so AM will be
-5 + 2 , - 5 + 2 * 2 , -5 + 3 * 2, _____________________-5 + 8*2
