Given :- insert any two Rational numbers between 2/5 and 3/11 ?

Answer :-

→ 2/5 and 3/11

taking LCM of denominator,

  • 5 and 11 LCM = 55

so,

→ 2/5 and 3/11 can be written as,

  • (2/5) * (11/11) = (22/55)
  • (3/11) * (5/5) = (15/55)

then,

→ 22/55 and 15/55 .

therefore, we can conclude that,

22/55 > 21/55 > 20/55 > 19/55 > 18/55 > 17/55 > 16/55 > 15 > 55 .

hence,

→ Two rational number between 2/5 and 3/11 = (21/55) and (19/55) . (Ans.)
