LCM of 4 and 5 = 20

-5/20 and -8/20

therefore between -5/20 and -8/20 does not consist 6 number so we multiply the number by 3.

-5*3/20*3 = -15/60

-8*3/20*3 = -24/60

six rational number between -15/60 and -24/60 are

-16/60 , -17/60 , -18/60 , -19/60 , -20/60 , -21/60...........

(ii) 21/12 and 12/21

LCM of 12 and 21 is 84

147/84 and 48/84

six rational number between 147/84 and 48/84 are:-

146/84 , -145/84 , -144/84 , -143/84 , 142/84 , -141/84...........
