For example see 3 here .

The vertical opposite triangle of triangle 3 is triangle 7 .

Means if you go in anticlockwise direction from 3 , their vertical opposite numbers are their 2n+1 where n is the number .

Example:- 3's vertical opposite number is 7 means 2n+1=2×3+1=7

it will only work if you go in anticlockwise direction.

?'s vertical opposite number is 2 .

According to anticlockwise 2n+1 formula 2×2+1=5

Means ?=5.
