The three rational numbers between 1/2 and -(3/-4) = 1/2 and -3/4 . In order to find the rational numbers we have to find their Lcm ( Least Common Multiple) . So the Lcm of 4 and 2 is 8 . So now we have multiply both numerator and denominator with the multiplicand of the denominator . So by this using this method we will get the answer as 4/8 and -6/8 . So the numbers between 4/8 and -6/8 are 3/8 , 2/8, 1/8 , 0 , -1/8 , -2/8 , -3/8 , -4/8 , -5/8 . Thefore these are rational numbers between 1/2 and -(3/-4) .
