rational between two number a and b =  \frac{a+b}{2}
rational between two number -1.3 and -1.2 =  \frac{-1.3-1.2}{2}
 \frac{-2.5}{2}
= -1.25
rational between two number -1.25 and -1.3 =  \frac{-1.3-1.25}{2}
 \frac{-2.55}{2}
= -1.275
therefore the two rational number is -1.25 and -1.275

acsending order of the four number is -1.3 , -1.275 , -1.25 , -1.2
