First, take LCM of those rationals

5 | 1 , 1

LCM = 15

$\frac{-4}{5}$ ×  $\frac{3}{3}$ = $\frac{-12}{15}$

$\frac{2}{3}$ × $\frac{5}{5} = \frac{10}{15}$

So between -4/5 and 2/3 the rationals are:
