inspite of knowing 'too much' private quelch was unsuccessful in getting the admiration of his superiors and colleagues. Illustrate with examples from story in about 100 words.

Private Quelch was in army and the first thing he should keep in mind is discipline which he did not follow so his colleagues and superiors get disappointed about this. Also...they soon started feeling that they were inferior and they get embarrassed whenever he corrects them in public (elaborate it a little.)
