Respected sir,
I am a resident of Vijayanagar colony in Vikasnagar area. As you are aware, opening offices and godowns in residential buildings is prohibited by the local laws of this town.
However some people are willing using their residential flats as clinics, boutiques and godowns. Some flat owners are renting their terrace for installation of mobile towers. This is making fun of our local laws and posing a hazard to our health.
I request you to publish news regarding this crime so that the it comes to the attention of government officials.

  It is stated with due respect to you that here in our locality some residential buildings are being used as commercial property.

This is against the building law and they do not have any permission from local municipal authority.

Without a valid trade license, safety measurements and proper business documents, they run their business in these premises.

Apart from that, these residential buildings do not have any fire safety measurements and commercial uses of these premises can harm the locality.

So if you kindly make a report in this issue for your news paper then it will be grateful for our locality.
