instead of eating mess like Maggie you can try Soup with veggie it will gradually decrease the deficiency of Vitamin-B in ur body

Those types of eatables are banned at my place since ages...XDXD...and for that of Maggie, I don't like that , by god's grace I've got an extremely strict mum who wouldn't ever allow me to drink even aerated drinks... instead...one can drink fruit juices, n more than that eating fruits is better. Don't think that Patanjali's Maggie must be really healthy, that isn't either:/
Eat neem leaves, juice, aloevera, gooseberry, sesame, garlic,...on daily basis.:) u won't be sick....n u won't be having any excuses for not attending the school...:P
Everyone must have heard this,
"A HEALTH MIND DWELLS IN A HEALTHY BODY".... need to apply this too...
