Instead of hysterectomy (Removal of part of uterus) Can we prefer Tubectomy to avoid pregnancy.. Why doctors only prefer Hysterectomy?​

hysterectomy here the uterus and cervix is removed it is preferred because of the reasons

* infections

* pelvic inflammatory diseases

* Uterine fibroids that cause pain, bleeding, or other problems. Uterine prolapse,

which is a sliding of the uterus from its normal position into the vaginal canal

then why hysterectomy is because even after a tubectomy there is a chance of getting these infections due to some reasons and mostly nowadays

so if hysterectomy is done it will help in future to prevent these infection and PID and also permanent (surgical) contraception
