• Actual Operation to be done =

• Faulty Operation Done was =
$\frac{x}{(\frac{8}{19})}$

Given,
Result of Faulty operation = Result of Correct operation + 297

=> Result of Faulty operation - Result of Correct operation = 297

=> $\frac{x}{(\frac{8}{19})} - \frac{x}{(\frac{8}{19})} = 297$

=> $\frac{19x}{8} - \frac{8x}{19} = 297$

=> $\frac{361x - 64x}{152} = 297$

=> $\frac{297x}{152} = 297$

=> $\frac{x}{152} = 1$

=> x = 152
