a) Current is induced in the coil, as changing(increasing) magnetic field produces electric current. Galvanometer arrow turns.

c) Current is induced in reverse direction, as changing(decreasing) magnetic field also produces electric current. Galvanometer arrow turns in opposite direction...

b) No current will be induced in the coil as magnetic field isn't changing. Galvanometer arrow doesn't turn..

d) Increasing number of turns will increase the induced e.m.f. Galvanometer arrow will turn more....
