Insulin and thyroxine arrive at an organ at the same time. thyroxine causes an effect on the organ but insulin does not. why?

because insulin found near the liver and thyroxine found at the base of throat ,in the neck and insulin regulates the level of sugar;lack of insulin causes diabetes and thyroxine stimulate metabolism and growth rate and lack of thyroxine cause goitre.perhaps it halp u
