= ∫sec^{2}}( 7 - 4x ).dx.........( i )


Put 7 - 4x = t

So that,

-4dx = dt

dx = \frac{-1}{4} .dt


Put value of dx in eq. ( i )


I = ∫ \frac{-1}{4} sec^{2}.dt


I = \frac{-1}{4}sec^{2} .dt


I = \frac{-1}{4} tan t + C



I = \frac{-1}{4} tan ( 7 - 4x ) + C
