 \int\ {sin^{4}x } \, dx
= \int\  ( { \frac{1-cos 2x}{2}) }^{2} \, dx
= \frac{1}{4}  \int\ {(1- cos 2x + cos^{2}x }) \, dx
= \frac{1}{4} [x -  \frac{2 six 2x}{2} +  \int\ { \frac{(1+ cos 4x)}{2} } \, dx ]
= \frac{1}{4} [x- sin 2x +  \frac{1}{2} (x +  \frac{sin 4x}{4} )] +c

After this open brackets
