dx/(1-sinx)

put sinx= (2tan(x/2))/(1+(tan(x/2))^2)

manu250301: we can do it in a much simpler way
LOVEFOREVER: yup
LOVEFOREVER: multiply the term by
manu250301: by rationalizing
LOVEFOREVER: yes
LOVEFOREVER: but questions of this form can always be integrated by the method i just wrote. rationalising the term wont work everytime

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

firrst rationalize it by multiplying and dividing by( 1+ sin x).

after rationalization it will become ⇒

∫(1+sinx/cos²x )dx

then  ⇒∫1/cos²x dx  +  ∫sinx/ cos²x dx

⇒(∫sec²x   +  ∫tanx secx )dx

= tanx +secx+ c
