cosx / (4 + sin^2x)(5–4cos^2x)

(sin x/tan x)/(4+(1-cos^2 x))(5-4(1-sin^2 x)

how do I solve this... literally just looked up integration with trignometric functions and substituted some values

all this just to be marked 'barinliest one' lol
