  =   - \int \frac{dx}{(x + 1)}   + 2  \int \frac{dx }{(x + 3)} \\

 =  -  ln(x + 1)  + 2 ln(x + 3)  + c

 =  ln( \frac{(x + 3)^{2} }{(x + 1)} )  + c \\
