Answer:

a) 2nd circuit will have higher resistance because of series daigram.

b) 1st circuit will have higher current due to its lower resistance value.

c) Potential difference remains same across 2nd circuit because of its parallel combination.

d) circuit having current in 1st circuit I1 = 6/7 A and in 2nd circuit I2 = 9 A.( explanation given below)

Explanation:

For 1st,

Equivalent Resistance of 1st circuit(series)

R1 = Ra + Rb + Rc = 3 + 6 + 1 = 7

according to ohms law, V= IR

I= V/R= 6/7 A

For 2nd,

Equivalent resistance of 2nd parallel circuit(parallel)

1/R2= 1/Ra + 1/Rb + 1/Rc

1/R2 = 1/1 + 1/3 + 1/6 = (6+2+1)/6

R2 = 6/9= 2/3A

according to ohms law, I=V/R= 6/(2/3)= 9A
